Steps to Fill Application Form 2025

Follow these simple steps to complete the NEET PG application process:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official NEET PG website. 
• Click on the ‘NEET PG Registration’ option and then select ‘New Registration.’

Fill in the required details:

• Candidate’s Name 
• Date of Birth 
• Gender 
• Mobile Number 
• Email Address 
• Nationality 
• Captcha code 
• Click on Submit to complete the registration.
• You will receive your ID and password on your registered email and phone number.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

Use the ID and password sent to your registered email and phone number to log in.

• Select the ‘Go to Application Form’ option and carefully read the instructions.

Enter all required details:

• Personal details 
• Educational qualifications 
• Test center preferences

Step 3: Upload Documents

Upload the following in JPG/JPEG format (maximum size 80 KB each):

• Passport-size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Scanned thumb impression

Step 4: Pay the Registration Fees

• Submit the registration fees using net banking, credit card, or debit card.
• Once payment is successful, download and save the application PDF for future reference.

• Photograph: Size dimensions should be 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
• Signature: File size dimensions must be 6 x 3 cm.

NEET PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they meet the NEET PG Eligibility Criteria to avoid any issues later. Here are the basic requirements for NEET PG 2025:

1. MBBS Degree: Candidates must have completed their MBBS degree or hold a provisional pass certificate from a recognized medical institute in India.
2. Registration Certificate: A provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a State Medical Council (SMC) is mandatory.
3. Internship Completion: Candidates must have completed a 12-month rotatory internship or are expected to complete it by July 31, 2025.
