Exam Difficulty Level
For NEET PG 2023, the difficulty level was mostly easy to moderate, with a strong focus on clinical topics. Medicine, Microbiology and Gynecology had more questions. Many students found the image-based questions slightly challenging. About 190 questions were predictable, while 10 were unexpected. Since the paper was simple, students predicted a higher cutoff.
For NEET PG 2024, the exam was moderately difficult, with many questions from unexpected minor topics. 160–170 questions were accepted as a good attempt. The second shift was more challenging, with complicated and twisted questions, especially image-based ones.
